Intercultural Business Skills
Business Partner: France/ Italy/ Ukraine/ others
In today’s global business community, working with partners in different countries is becoming the norm. Whether the work entails coordinating with the Spanish and Russian offices or dealing with a major business partner in Sweden, it is essential to understand the customs and “different ways of doing business” in your partner countries.
Goal
This workshop will sensitize the participants to the intercultural situations and will address country-correct behaviour in your partner country. You will learn to interpret the different mentalities and approaches, norms and values of the business partner.
You will be able to prevent misunderstandings and to engage in effective and productive business relations with the international partner.
