Managing Multi-Cultural Team Projects

Teams in today’s international companies are often charged with designing and carrying out change projects involving partners from various countries.

Management of these projects requires solid project management skills, knowledge of the challenges at the different country sites due to different “ways of doing business”, as well as multi-cultural sensibility and proficiency.

Goal

This workshop is specifically designed for international team projects.
The international project team or task force will learn systematic project management methods, using the actual project to be implemented. The participants will be trained to grasp the complex tasks of international project planning and implementation with standard project management methods.

The workshop uses extensive participant involvement in order to create a training that is not only practical, but also experiential for a maximum transfer of skills.

The possibilities and well as the limits of project management will be learned. The challenges due to differences in their respective country offices will be illuminated and addressed in the project management tasks.
