With beginning to lead other people comes the responsibility for team performance. It becomes necessary to understand the various leadership roles and to develop your individual and unique leadership style in order to effectively handle the upcoming situations. In this way, you can develop into an effective, goal-oriented leadership personality, who challenges and supports his/her team.

Goal

In this training you will learn the different aspects of leadership as well as the different leadership roles. You will work on your personal style when it comes to communication, decision-making, conflict behaviour and your effect on others.

In different scenarios and exercises, you will learn to observe yourself in your leadership role and to interact appropriately with others.
